Welcome International Students!

MPCC is an open entry school. This means that any student who meets our Admissions standards will be admitted to MPCC. International students must apply to the college and complete the TOEFL (if necessary) with a minimum score of 61 IBT or 500 PBT. For students whose country's primary language is English, we require that you submit a letter from your high school requesting we waive the TOEFL.

Currently MPCC does not offer an ESL (English as a Second Language) program; therefore meeting or exceeding the minimal required TOEFL scores is essential.

Please note that while the college is open-entry, specific programs may have entry requirements that must be met before the student may begin the program. It is important to realize that some programs may have waiting lists.
